Woodbury Hollywood Exhibitions will present Sustainability.
A group exhibition of Los Angeles based artists, March 28 - May 9.
6518 Hollywood Blvd
Sustainability describes a complex dynamic system of relationships to our environment--to our cities, soil, water and air, to our personal habitations, our social connections, our bodies, and our ideas. The artists in this exhibition work in a variety of media and address the issue of sustainability in various ways--through the adaptive reuse of materials and the investigation of locales, by designing a low-carbon foot print residence, creating an eco-loop within an artwork, taking direct personal action, or looking to the impact on land, water, air, health, and social connections--all with a sense of inventiveness, humor and goodwill.
