Here's a short powerpoint animation called What Do You Do With an Image?. I put this together way back in 2004. It's made up of polaroids from a street intervention in lovely Hollywood, CA.

Back during LACE's Democracy When show, I had this two sided mural that I'd drag out to Hollywood Boulevard. I'd ask tourists and passers-bye to pose in front of a McD's or a Gap with it's window's broken. I gave my subjects one picture, and I kept the other. Later I turned this archive into this animation.
I was interested in surveying how people imagine themselves at either a criminal or radical moment. The animation explores the chain of mediations that influence peoples postures.
